BEREC tasks in the EECC Development of Guidelines

BEREC is tasked by the co-legislators with producing a number of sets of guidelines in the European Electronic Code (EECC). Tasking BEREC in this manner positively reflects BEREC’s experience in producing guidelines to better inform NRAs, industry players and end users as the published guidelines are intended to enhance the consistent application of the provisions of the EECC across Member States. The purpose of this paper is to set out such a methodology, which is intended to act as a handbook for EWGs, such that they can proceed to develop guidelines in an efficient and timely manner.The current document is for internal use and is not available to public.
