BEREC response to the European Commission’s public consultation on the evaluation of the Termination Rates Recommendation

This document is the BEREC’s response to the consultation launched by the European Commission on the Termination Rates Recommendation (running from March to June 2016). As the Commission seeks to evaluate the impact of the Recommendation and assess whether to maintain or amend it, BEREC provides its analysis of the Recommendation’s impacts and limitations, and examines possible ways forward.
