BEREC supplementary analysis on wholesale roaming costs

The European Commission (EC) is set to publish a review of the Roaming Regulation after having consulted the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) by the end of 2019. BEREC has already in June 2019 provided input based on information collected from national regulatory authorities (NRAs) and operators (MNOs and MVNOs/resellers).
Herewith, BEREC provides additional input on an aspect not covered in the previously published opinion: the supplementary analysis regarding the relation between wholesale prices and costs.
