BEREC Input to the Commission on the scope of the regulatory framework

On 6 May 2015, the European Commission adopted the Digital Single Market (DSM) Strategy which includes a variety of initiatives and a set of targeted actions to be delivered by the end of 2016. In order to prepare the next steps of the forthcoming review, on 22 July 2015 the EC requested BEREC's opinion on a number of issues to be addressed in the evaluation of the current framework and subsequently in preparing for the actual reform. In this document BEREC analyses the European Commission’s ideas on the scope of the new regulatory framework.
