Working Arrangements between BEREC-BEREC Office and ANRCETI

On February 2023, the NRA of Moldova expressed their willingness to join BEREC and BEREC Office work as participants without voting rights.

On 4 April 2024 the BEREC Chair established an ad hoc group to analyse the requests of NRAs of third countries to participate in the work of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC). After performing the eligibility analysis of the Applicant’s request, the ad group recommends that the NRA of Moldova can become a participant without voting rights in BEREC and BEREC Office.

The BoR and MB approved relevant decision accepting the Applicant’s request during the 59th Plenary Meetings that took place in Jurmala, Latvia on 6-7 June 2024. Subsequently, the draft working arrangements were sent to the European Commission for their prior approval in line with Article 35(1) of the BEREC Regulation.

The Commission adopted its decision C(2025) 1156 on 20 February 2025, which allowed the final adoption of the Working Arrangements between the NRA of the Republic of Moldova (ANRCETI) and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) by the BoR and MB.
