BEREC Summary Report on the status of internet capacity in light of Covid-19 crisis

Following the adopted joint statement from the Commission and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) on coping with the increased demand for network connectivity due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and in accordance with Article 40(2) of the BEREC Regulation, BEREC and the BEREC Office are requested to provide the European Commission with regular special reports resulting from the regular monitoring of the Internet traffic situation in each Member State linked to the Covid-19 pandemic with a view to being able to respond swiftly to capacity issues.
