Draft BEREC Guidelines on the Criteria for a Consistent Application of Article 61(3) EECC

The draft Guidelines submitted here are designed in accordance with Article 61(3) EECC and define criteria for the determination of the key aspects listed above. A call for initial stakeholder input was carried out in 2019 and taken into account during the drafting procedure.
