Conclusions of the 19th meeting of the Board of Regulators in Dublin (Ireland)

The BEREC Board of Regulators (BoR) held its 19^th meeting on 5 and 6 June 2014 in Dublin (Ireland), kindly hosted by the Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg).

During the meeting the BoR approved for publication the following documents:

-               BEREC's Opinion on the Commission Recommendation on Relevant Product and Service Markets Susceptible to ex ante Regulation;

-               BEREC Common Position on geographic aspects of market analysis (definition and remedies)and the related report on the outcome of the public consultation on the draft Common Position;

-               BEREC Annual Reports - 2013;

-               BEREC integrated snapshot on termination rates (fixed, mobile and SMS), as of January 2014.

-               BEREC Evaluation: Recommendations and Follow-up Actions Report 2014;

-               Revised BoR Rules of Procedure.

The BoR held an orientation debate and provided guidance on the following topics:

-        The BEREC medium-term strategy outlook;

-        The structure of the BEREC Expert Working Groups (EWGs);

-        The draft BEREC 2015 Work Programme (WP).

BEREC will consult the stakeholders on its future Strategy and its 2015 WP during the 2^nd stakeholder forum meeting to take place on 16 October 2014.
