Decision of the Board of Regulators on BEREC Expert Working Groups 2016
Article 11 (1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Regulators provides that the BoR “may decide to create Expert Working Groups to assist with the performance of the tasks and functions of BEREC and request the Office to provide support. The Chair of each Expert Working Group shall be designated by the Board of Regulators”.
Therefore during its 25th ordinary plenary meeting, BEREC Board of Regulators decided to re-establish the existing Expert Working Groups for 2016.
