Decision of Board of Regulators adopting Implementing Rules on data protection

Article 36(4) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1971 requires the Board of Regulators to establish measures for the application of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 sets out the principles and rules applicable to all Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and provides for the appointment by each institution and body of a Data Protection Officer.
