Service Level Agreement between the Agency for Support for the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications and the Government of the Republic of Latvia

On 16 June 2022, in accordance with the provisions of the Headquarters Agreement, the BEREC Office and the Government of the Republic of Latvia signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to establish working arrangements, including on activities and costs.

The SLA covers the following main domains to implement the Headquarters Agreement:

I. Continuity

- Using the current premises and preparing for future transition

- Security

- Healthcare

II. Schooling

- Future European schooling

- Sharing the financial burden of the temporary scheme

III. Improving working and living conditions

- Joint procurements

- Liaison Office, institutional and administrative support

- VAT exemption and car registration
