Report on the activities of the BAG and of BEREC Vice-Chair as appointing authority for 2016

The BEREC Office Advisory group (BAG) was established in 2014 to oversee the BEREC Office activities and support the Management Committee (MC) in its duties. In 2016, the BAG was chaired by Arcep as incoming Chair for 2017. It was composed of 10 members from NRAs (BNetzA, ComReg, NMHH, RTR) and the European Commission. All Human Resources, Finance and Administrative issues regarding the Office were discussed by the group either during the meetings or via email exchanges, with the support of the BEREC Office. The BAG has held four meetings this year via videoconference before each CN meeting in order to discuss documents submitted to MC for adoption or information.In 2016, the BAG reviewed around 36 documents submitted to the MC for adoption or information and gave positive opinions on all documents reviewed.
