Decision of the BEREC Office MC to temporary assign staff powers according to the BEREC Regulation

Decision N MC/2013/1 of the BEREC Office Management Committee to temporary assign staff powers according to Article 10 (3) of the BEREC Regulation, approved via electronic voting procedure.

The current Decision assigns temporarily the staff powers conferred by Article 10(3) of the BEREC Regulation upon the Vice-Chair of the Management Committee to Dr Georg Serentschy (CEO of RTR, Austria, and Vice Chair of BEREC Office Management Committee).

The Decision enters into force on 14 February 2013 and expires on 8 March 2013.
