Letter to the Commission, the Council and the European Parliament for transmitting the Annual and Multi-annual Programming of the BEREC Office Activities for the period 2017-2019

As required by the provisions of Article 33 (5) of Decision MC/2014/1 of the Management Committee of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) on the financial regulation applicable to the BEREC Office in conformity with the framework Financial Regulation for the bodies referred to in Article 208 of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the Annual and Multi-annual Programming of the BEREC Office activities for the period 2017-2019 is presented respectively to the Commission, the Council and the European Parliament. It was approved by the BEREC Office Management Committee on 9 December 2016 during its 29th plenary meeting with Decision MC/2016/16 (publicly available). The current document is intended only for its addressees and is not available to the public.
