Tom Nico is Regulatory Policy Advisor on Sustainability Affairs at the French regulator for electronic communications, postal and print media distribution services (Arcep). He is dedicated to coordinating Arcep's sustainability works and cooperates with French public stakeholders on various studies on the digital environmental footprint.

At the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), he has been Co-Chair of the Sustainability Working Group since January 2025 and has been an active member of the group since 2023.

Before joining Arcep and BEREC, Tom previously worked as a Sustainability project manager, in charge of the ICT & Sustainability practice, and as a consultant (2018-2023), specialising in environmental assessment (such as Life Cycle Assessment and GHG Footprint) and environmental public policies.

Tom holds a Master of Science in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Grenoble Institute of Technology (2018) and a Master of Science in Energy Economics and Sustainability from Grenoble-Alpes University (2018).
