Declaration of commitment of the BEREC Office Director

As per Article 42 of the BEREC Regulation, the Director of the BEREC Office shall make a written declaration indicating their commitments and the absence or presence of any direct or indirect interests that might be considered to prejudice their independence. The declarations shall be made public.
