BEREC Report on the outcome of the public consultation on the draft BEREC Guidelines on the Criteria for a Consistent Application of Article 61(3) EECC

BEREC published the draft Guidelines on the Criteria for a Consistent Application of Article 61 (3) EECC (‘the draft Guidelines’) on 16 June 2020. At the same time, a public consultation was opened, running until 31 July 2020. This report summarises the responses received.
