BEREC Guidelines on the Criteria for a Consistent Application of Article 61 (3) EECC

The Guidelines submitted here are designed in accordance with Article 61(3) EECC and define criteria for the determination of the key aspects. A call for initial stakeholder input was carried out and taken into account during the drafting procedure.
