Decision of the Board of Regulators on detailed rules on access to documents

This Decision prescribes the arrangements under which any natural or legal person shall be granted access to documents held by the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (hereinafter, referred to as ‘BEREC’), when applying Regulation 1049/2001
