According to the provisions of Article 2 (b) of the Internal rules of operation of PSG a BEREC representative is a member of the ENISA Permanent Stakeholders' Group (PSG), which is composed of 3 “nominated members” (including the BEREC representative) and 20 members appointed “ad personam”. For that reason the BEREC Chairs has received an invitation to the first meeting of the PSG for 2016.
