Decision of the BEREC Office MC on setting up a Staff Committee of the BEREC Office

Decision of the Management Committee of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) on the setting up of a Staff Committee of the BEREC Office. It was adopted at Limassol, on 28 September 2012, and took effect on the day following that of its adoption.

This decision is an implementing measures adopted by the Management Committee in agreement with the Commission in accordance with the arrangements provided for in Article 110 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities.

The consent of the Commission was given in Commission Decision C (2012) 5208 final of 25 July 2012 on the agreement of certain Agencies on their implementing rules for giving effect to the Staff Regulations.
