Decision by the BEREC Office MC on middle management staff

Decision MC (10) 22 by the Management Committee (MC) of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (the BEREC Office) on middle management staff adopted on 23.012.2010.

The current decision was adopted by MC in compliance with Article 10 (2) of Regulation (EC) N 1211/2009, in agreement with the Commission, as an implementing measure in accordance with the arrangements provided for in Article 110 of the Staff Regulations (SR) of Officials of the European Communities.

Middle management functions to which this decision applies are those of the heads of units as referred to in Article 44(2) SR. This means that the Decision is applicable only to the posts of the Head of Administration and Finance and the Head of Programme Management.
