BEREC Guidelines on how to assess the effectiveness of public warning systems transmitted by different means

These Guidelines are provided by BEREC in response to the task set in Article 110(2) of the Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11th December 2018 establishing the European Electronic Communications Code, to assist member states in assessing whether the effectiveness of alternative Public Warning Systems using means of electronic communications services as described in Article 110(2) is equivalent to the effectiveness of ECS-PWS falling under Article 110(1).
