With the current letter the European Commission informs the BEREC Office that the agencies that have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the Office for the Administration and Payment of individual entitlements (PMO) in place to deal with missions, and which intend to apply the Commission Decision C(2017) 5323 by analogy would need to give effect to it at the same time as the Commission, on 28 March 2018.
