With the current letter the European Commission informs the BEREC Office about the adoption of Commission Decision of 20.10.2016 giving to decentralised agencies and joint undertakings an ex ante agreement to the adoption by decentralised agencies and joint undertakings of the policy on protecting the dignity of the person and preventing psychological and sexual harassment.
