Rules of Procedure of the Board of Regulators

The current document contains the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Regulators (BoR), which were in force in the period 4 June-5 December 2014.

The RoP set out in detail the arrangements governing voting, including the conditions under which one member may act on behalf of another member, the rules governing quorums, and the notification deadlines for meetings. Furthermore, the Rules of Procedure guarantee that the BoR members are always provided with full agendas and draft proposals in advance of each meeting so that they have the opportunity to propose amendments prior to the vote.

The RoP provide also further details and guidance on the implementation of Article 21 of the BEREC Regulation on declarations of interest and commitment.

The current version of the Rules of Procedure replaces document BoR (11) 23. Please note that the current verison of the Rules of Procedure in not in force any  more and that The BEREC Rules of Procedures in force can be conulted here.
