The present document is the 2nd Integrated Report on Termination Rates in Europe, providing an overview of Mobile Termination Rates (MTR), Fixed Termination Rates (FTR) and SMS Termination Rates (SMS TR) per country based upon the results of a request for information sent to all NRAs referring to data as of 1 January 2013.

The report was approved by the Board of Regulators on 6 June 2013 in Athens.
