During its 32nd plenary meeting (5-6 October 2017, Bucharest) BEREC approved for public consultation the draft BEREC Work Programme 2018.

The draft Work Programme 2018 will be presented for an exchange of views at the 5th BEREC Stakeholder Forum which takes place in Brussels on 18 October 2017. The event will be web-streamed and filmed.

The role of the public consultation is to increase transparency and to provide BEREC with valuable feedback from all interested parties. In accordance with the BEREC’s policy on public consultations, BEREC will publish a report summarising how stakeholders’ views have been taken into account.

In addition, BEREC will also publish all individual contributions on its website, taking into account stakeholders’ requests for confidentiality, which should be clearly indicated in the contributions submitted (if any).

The public consultation will run from 11 October to 8 November 2017.

All stakeholders are invited to submit their contributions via the BEREC online public consultation tool at: https://consultations.berec.europa.eu by 8 November 17:00 CET 2017. When registering with the consultation tool, please indicate your name and/or the name of the organisation or company you represent.

In case the above submission method is not possible, contributions can also be send to the following e-mail address: [email protected]

Further enquiries about the consultation, including registration problems with the online platform, may also be send to this address.

E-mail attachments should be included only if considered absolutely necessary. The overall size of the e-mail (including attachments) should not be larger than 2 MB.

After submitting the contribution via e-mail, an automatic reply will be generated. If this confirmation e-mail is not received, the submission of the contribution was not successful and it should be send again.

We strongly encourage all stakeholders to submit their contributions as early as possible. Contributions received after the deadline will not be taken into account.

Contributions should preferably be sent in English.

This public consultation is organised mainly by means of BEREC online public consultation platform in a way that allows participants to provide their comments, vote in favour or against, and upload public or confidential files in every section.

A single file input can be also uploaded on the platform at any “Add comment” section of discussion, ensuring the classification of this input as public or confidential.

Platform also provides the possibility to download the “word” consultation document for organisations and stakeholders that would like to share it with their partners to consolidate their views and comments in a single input.

However, in case you send your comments by e-mail, your answers should be organised according to the requested structure (i.e. chapter by chapter) in order to facilitate processing of the responses.

All contributions will be published on the BEREC website, taking into account requests for confidentiality and publication of personal data. Any such requests should be clearly indicated as: “Consider this contribution as confidential“ or, if submitted via e-mail, by clearly stating which information is considered confidential.

Please note that it is also possible to submit both a confidential and a public version of your contribution on e-mail address:

[email protected]

In case you do not represent an organisation or a company, please indicate that this is the case.
