Model Annual Declaration of Interests of the Members of the BEREC Board of Regulators

Article 21 of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 establishing the Body of European regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Office provides for the obligation for the Members of the Board of Regulators and of the Management Committee, the Administrative Manager and the staff of the Office to make a declaration of commitments and a declaration of interests indicating the absence of any direct or indirect interests, which might be considered prejudicial to their independence. Such declarations shall be made in writing.

The declaration of interests to be submitted by the Members of the BEREC Board of Regulators shall be made in accordance with the model declaration contained in Annex 2 to the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Regulators.
