Following the ERG 26th Plenary Session held in Dublin Ireland 9-10 October 2008, the ERG has issued the attached press release and I/ERG statement on the progress of the European legislative framework for electronic communications.  A public debriefing on the Plenary Meeting was held in Brussels on 17 October 2008.
