Draft BEREC Common Position on best practice in remedies on the market for wholesale (physical) network infrastructure access (including shared or fully unbundled access) at a fixed location imposed as a consequence of a position of significant market power in the relevant market (Draft WLA CP).

The draft was approved for public consultation by the Board of Regulators on 27 September 2012.

The consultaion will be held in the period 28 September - 18 October 2012.
