Contribution by Telefonica to the BEREC public consultation in relation to the new Roaming Regulation

Contribution by Telefonica to the BEREC public consultation in relation to the new Roaming Regulation on the following documents:

1) Draft BEREC Guidelines on the application of Article 3 of the Roaming Regulation – Wholesale Roaming Access.
2) Roaming Regulation – Choice of the Decoupling Method – A consultation to assist BEREC in preparing advice to the Commission on its forthcoming Implementing Act, which was prepared by BEREC with the objective to assist the Commission in assessing the pros and cons of the different possible decoupling solutions.

The contribution covers only the document under item 2. The contributor has submitted also a contribution on the document mentioned under item 1, which can be consulted from the current register, as well.

The consultation was run from 9 July to 10 August 2012.
