Consultation paper on Article 28(2) Universal Service Directive: a harmonised BEREC cooperation process published for public consultation. The consultation paper was discussed and approved during the meeting of the Board of Regulators held in Limassol on 27 September 2012.

The public consultations will be held in the period from 5 October to 16 November 2012.

The role of the public consultation is to increase transparency and to provide BEREC with valuable feedback from all interested parties. In accordance with the BEREC’s policy on public consultation, BEREC will publish a high level report summarising stakeholder contributions and how it took them into account.

BEREC will also publish all contributions on its website, taking into account stakeholders’ requests for confidentiality (which should be clearly indicated in the submissions made).
