Consultation on the BEREC Guidelines on the separate sale of regulated retail roaming services and the implementation of separate sale of regulated retail roaming services under Article 4 and 5 of the Roaming Regulation

From 14 May to 3 June 2013 BEREC is holding a public consultation on the draft BEREC Guidelines on the separate sale of regulated retail roaming services and the implementation of separate sale of regulated retail roaming services under Article 4 and 5 of the Roaming Regulation. In that relation BEREC has published the current consultation paper to be used by the interested parties to provide their replies to BEREC in relation to the draft BEREC Guidelines (document N BoR (13) 54).

All responses to the current consultation have to be sent to the BEREC Office Programme Management mailbox: [email protected]. Comments should preferably be given in English.

BEREC will hold also a public hearing on the draft documents on 29 May 2013

The hearing is open to all interested parties but is subject to prior registration by 28 May 2013.
