Decision of the BEREC Office MC on the financial regulation applicable to the BEREC Office in conformity with the framework Financial Regulation for the bodies referred to in Article 208 of Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union (hereinafter, the general Financial Regulation).

This Decision was adopted on 7 January 2014 by electronic voting procedure according to Article 10 (3) of the Management Committee Rules of Procedure.

The Decision was approved after obtaining the agreement of the Commission with the proposed financial rules, as required by Article 15 of the BEREC Regulation.

The current Decision repeals Decision MC (10) 44. It enters into force as per 1 January 2014.
