Decision MC/2012/2 of the Management Committee of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) concerning the reimbursement of travel, subsistence and other expenses incurred in the course of journeys made by persons not employed by the BEREC Office and repealing the previous Management Committee Decision MC (11) 23 of 30 September 2011.

The proposed amendments of current reimbursement procedure address:

  • Simplification of documents to be collected (exclusion of boarding passes);
  • Shortening of collection time to acceptable levels.

The current Decision as repleased by BEREC Office MC Decision concerning the reimbursement of travel, subsistence and other expenses incurred in the course of journeys made by persons not employed by the BEREC Office and is not in force any more.
