Decision by the BEREC Office MC on the adoption of implementing rules to the staff regulations

Decision MC (10) 27 by the Management Committee (MC) of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (the BEREC Office) on the adoption of implementing rules to the staff regulations.

The current decision was adopted by MC in compliance with Article 10 (2) of Regulation (EC) N 1211/2009, in agreement with the Commission, as an implementing measure in accordance with the arrangements provided for in Article 110 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities.
