Decision No. BoR/2025/01 of the Board of Regulators on the appointment of BEREC representatives to the High-Level Group for the Digital Markets Act

In 2023 European Commission established High-Level Group (HLG) for the Digital Markets Act (DMA) where BEREC shall be represented by 6 members. Subsequently, BEREC adopted a decision about BEREC’s participation to the DMA HLG (BoR/2023/02), which defines BEREC’s six representatives to the HLG.
