Draft BEREC Common Position on Mobile Infrastructure Sharing

This draft Common Position describes criteria which will be taken into account by NRAs in assessing mobile infrastructure sharing agreements where NRAs have competence to do so. It is intended to provide NRAs, stakeholders and interested parties with information relating to the treatment of such agreements in Europe.
