Management Board Decision adopting implementing rules on data protection

The Decision defines the rules and procedures for the implementation of the function of Data Protection Officer of the BEREC Office pursuant to Article 45(3) of the Regulation (EU) No 2018/1725 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movements of such data. It shall apply to all activities in relation to the processing of personal data by or on behalf of the BEREC Office.
