Opinion of the Management Committee (MC) of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communication (BEREC Office) on the observations of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) on the BEREC Office annual accounts for 2012, updated based on the Final Report of ECA received on 6/11/2013.

The document was submitted for consideration by the MC during its 17th meeting (5-6 December 2013, Budapest) and was approved via electronic voting procedure on 18 December 2013.

It was transmitted to ECA, the European Parliament and the Commission In compliance with Article 13 (9) of Regulation (EC) № 1211/2009.
