BEREC document on Indicators on Bundles

The document proposes an improved and updated set of indicators on bundles to better reflect the more complex bundles that are appearing in EU countries, specially quadruple-play and quintuple-play combinations, that combine fixed and mobile network based services.

This document presents the growing importance of bundled offers on the electronic communications market, showing evidence of bundle penetration and bundle diversity across EU countries. In order to have comparable data, a common definition on bundle must be applied. The current EC bundle definition addresses the vast majority of bundles, but not all EU countries follows the EC definition.
