BEREC draft Guidelines for Quality of Service

The objective of the Draft Guidelines for Quality of Service in the scope of Net Neutralityis to follow up the BEREC Framework for Quality of Service in the scope of net neutrality from last year. These draft Guidelines for quality of service in the scope of net neutrality are developed based on the BEREC 2012 work programme and is also partly linked to draft Report on competition issues related to net neutrality and draft Assessment of IP-interconnection in the context of net neutrality.

As required by the 2012 BEREC work program, the draft guidelines for quality of service in the scope of net neutrality are now published for public consultation to be held in the period 29 May -31 July 2012.
