ICT services (BEREC/2024/OP/0007)

The EU Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office) located in Riga, Latvia has launched an open procurement procedure for the ICT services.

The objective of this open procurement procedure is a conclusion of the framework contracts for the provision of necessary information and communication technology (ICT) services for the BEREC and BEREC Office - ICT services, including ICT systems development, maintenance and administration, infrastructure management on premise and on cloud, MS Sharepoint management, centralized software management, network management, ICT security management, Audio Video Conference support, end user support and other ICT services.

The procurement procedure has been divided into 2 Lots – ICT Support services (Lot 1) and MS SharePoint services (Lot 2). More details of each Lot are provided in the procurement documents.

The total estimated value of the procurement is EUR 1 400 000 for the whole duration of the framework contracts for both Lots.

Deadline for submission of tenders is 30/07/2024 16:00 Riga time.

All interested economic operators are invited to familiarize themselves with the procurement documents available at the above link and take into account the fact that the BEREC Office uses an e-Submission tool specific for receiving tenders.

The F&T Portal is the main entry point for procurement options managed by the European Commission and other EU institutions and agencies, including the BEREC Office.

The F&T Portal is used for electronic exchange of information between the BEREC Office and potential tenderers, including questions and answers, as well as for electronic submission of documents in response to the call for tenders.
