Call for Input on Roaming Regulation

The European Commission has requested BEREC’s expert views on the Roaming Regulation in preparation for the upcoming 2025 review report. Depending on the review conclusions, the EC might need to prepare an impact assessment and a proposal for an amended Roaming Regulation. To support this effort, BEREC seeks input from stakeholders via this call for input. The survey is relevant for stakeholders in EEA countries and will run from 12 July 2024 until 16 September 2024. BEREC’s Opinion is expected in March 2025.

All stakeholders are invited to submit their contributions using the link below or via email to [email protected] if facing difficulties with the platform. Contributions should preferably be in English, and to facilitate processing, responses should clearly refer to specific paragraphs or guidelines of the document. Contributions received after the deadline will not be considered. BEREC will publish information from the input received in its Opinion while respecting confidentiality requests.
