Public consultation 04/11 on the draft BEREC Guidelines on Net Neutrality and Transparency

Run from 3 October to 2 November 2011

The draft BEREC Guidelines on net neutrality and transparency: best practices and recommended approaches was discussed and approved at the BEREC Board of Regulators meeting in Barcelona on 29 September 2011.

In accordance with the 2011 BEREC Work Programme, the aforementioned draft was published for public consultation, which was run in the period 3 October -2 November 2011.

The summary of the comments received within the public consultation can be consulted in the relevant BEREC Report, which contains also information how they were reflected in the final report.

The final BEREC Guidelines on Transparency in the Scope of Net Neutrality: Best Practices and Recommended Approaches, which take into account the contributions received during the public consultation can be consulted through the current web page.
