Public consultation 04/10 on the draft BEREC Work Programme 2011

Run from 8 October to 5 November 2010

In compliance with Article 5 (4) of Regulation (EC) 1211/2009the Board of Regulators has to approve the annual work programme of BEREC after consulting all interested parties in accordance with Article 17 of the same Regulation.

In that respect on 8 October 2010 BEREC published its draft annual work programme for 2011 for public consultation, which lasted until 5 November 2010. In addition to the written consultation BEREC held an oral hearing on 3 November 2010 with the participation of all interested parties.

In the period of the consultation BEREC received 11 individual contributions from: BT, Cable Europe, ECTA, ESOA, ETNO, FTTH Council Europe, INTUG, Telecom Italia, The Number, Vodafone and VON Europe.

Following the closing of the consultation period BEREC analysed the contributions and published a BEREC report of the consultation on the draft Work Programme 2011 BEREC Board of Regulators. Based on the contribution received BEREC adopted the final version of its 2011 Work Programme.
