The BEREC Office Management Committee (MC) has request the BEREC Office to provide assistance to the Chair of the Board of Regulators and the MC in organising electronic voting procedures and summarising the results from the electronic vote (item 2.1.1(b) from the BEREC Office 2014 Work Programme (doc No MC (13) 61).

In that respect the BEREC Office keeps track of all electronic voting procedures and files all the documents, which are available to all BoR and MC members at a request.

In order to avoid the oral up-date on the topic at the beginning of each plenary/CN meeting, during the 18st plenary meeting the BEREC Chair suggested circulating this information in writing.

In that respect the current document is submitted to the BoR/MC only for information purposes and does not require any follow-up actions.

It provides a short over view of the following electronic voting procedures conducted since the last plenary meeting, which took place on 5 and 6 June 2014 in Dublin, Ireland:
1. Proposal No 1 for transfer from Title 1 to Title 3 in the BEREC Office Budget 2014 and draft Financing Decision for organising and financing BEREC and BEREC Office events in 2014;
2. EC questionnaire on the implementation and application of the universal service provisions – a synthesis of the results;
3. BEREC Opinion on Phase II Investigation pursuant to Article 7a of Directive 2002/21/EC as amended by Directive 2009/140/EC: Case DE/2014/1605 Wholesale voice call termination on individual mobile networks (market 7) in Germany;
4. MC Decision for the appointment of a Programme Manager in the Programme Management Unit, his/her the appointment by the Vice-Chair and the establishment of a reserve list (TA – Grade AD5) of the BEREC Office.
