Report on the outcome of the BEREC electronic voting procedure on Internal guidelines on the operation of BEREC Expert Working Groups

During Plenary 4 of 2014, in Brussels, it was decided that additional rules concerning EWGs’ functioning would be developed, so as to increase the efficiency of the work structure. They are intended to supplement the revised BEREC BoR RoP by providing detailed rules mainly on two general areas: the identification of EWGs, drafting teams and ad hoc Teams’ coordinators, and the concrete functioning of such groups.
The Internal guidelines on the operation of BEREC Expert Working Groups are presented to the Board of Regulators for an electronic voting procedure according to Art 10 para 3 and 4 of the BEREC BoR RoP.
