Project Requirements Document on the reflections on NN in the TSM legislative process

In its 2015 WP BEREC has identified the need to follow closely the development of the legislative process in relation to the on the Proposal for a Regulation laying down measures concerning the European single market for electronic communications and to achieve a Connected Continent(referred to as the ‘Telecom Single Market’ or ‘TSM’) and to issue position paper(s), opinion(s) or comment(s), if needed.

According to the roadmap for work on the TSM of the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the EU the main focus of the work will be on the provisions for NN and roaming. Therefore, during its 22nd plenary meeting of the Board of Regulators (26-27 February 2015, Berne) the BoR approved a Project Requirements Document (PRD) for the work to be undertaken in relation to net neutrality (NN).
